Dr. Ramirez is very Professional. Empathetic about my needs. Initially, scary during one of my visits due to diagnosis but his manner of explaining the results helped me to make knowledgeable decisions. After my Retirement 11/2021 of 40yrs. Working for a hospital system I had some changes. Especially, after my dad's death 9/2024 and being a caregiver took a toll on my health. My Dad died at 95yrs. Old and he started seeing this group of Physicians since 1967 and they helped him throughout the years. Having a patient/physician is Critical and I have seen this with myself and Dr. Ramirez. The first time in my lifetime, I checked in before my appointment and was called minutes afterwards. This process would normally take hours. I was quickly evaluated for my vitals and was soon seen by Dr. Ramirez. It was a pleasant visit with all my concerns having been addressed. Exceptional service.

Went to my follow-up appointment to discuss my bloodwork results. Dr. Ramirez took his time to explain my results which made me ask several questions. Dr. Ramirez readily answered my questions and assured that I understood his responses. As we reviewed my results, Dr. Ramirez recommended some changes in a couple of medications to which I agreed, to. Lastly, Dr. Ramirez verbally encouraged me to follow my healthy habits as I’ve been improving my health. I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez to any future patients.
